Our Policies
The "Cancellation & Refund" Policy
We have a No Refund Policy. All contracts are binding. We love people who want to play full out. I am here to coach you to your highest level of success. It’s called Commitment. There is nothing else. Just as I will be for you, it is important that you prioritize the immersion program to receive its full benefit. And if it turns out that you can’t attend – your fee can be used as a full credit toward any programs provided in the next 12 months – as long as you notify us more than 30 days before the program. Programs not canceled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for transfer.
The "Magic of Communication" Policy
Coaching is powerful when we keep the lines of communication open and free-flowing. Be prepared to hide nothing and show up. Our interactions will be mutual respect, increased self-awareness, and learning opportunities. The success of the immersion programs will depend on how far you go in sharing with me or others. There may have times when we work on challenging areas; we may touch on some sensitive and personal topics. As your coach, I will be honest, respectful, and professional in sharing my observations and perceptions. Honesty is the foundation of any relationship. Feel free to share your winning moments by emailing me, and I'll get back to you within 24 hours (usually sooner). If I feel that these forms of communication would not be effective for you, I will suggest an additional coaching session to accommodate your needs.
The "Preparation & Action" Policy
We need you to be on time and prepared for our call. On our side, we promise you to prepare and run the immersion programs with full responsibility. I will give you true reflection and hide nothing and hold nothing back. I will ensure that the coaching experience is powerful, impactful, and life-changing for you. We require you to take follow up action as coaching is a side by side journey and is forward moving with the use of action steps, even if you're afraid. Take risk, be bold and lean into your edge. You will be determining what action steps you choose to take each week. Gain your success by failing forward which is the guaranteed path to your ultimate goals.
