Three design teams swapped. Still, nothing got built. The problem wasn’t the design. It was the boss being too strong.

他沉默了一分钟。
“有……但他们都不理解我要什么。只会附和我。”
我又问:“那什么让你没法信任他们?”
他不说话了。
接下来几次对话,他没再聊“怎么找设计师”。他做了一件事:把命令,把意见,变成提问。
三个月后,设计方案落地了。
他说:“我开始听到不同的声音。”
不是换了一批更厉害的人。是他不再用小时候爸爸对他说话的方式,对团队说话。
