我没问他“怎么做到”。

我问他：“那是什么让你现在还做不到？”

他愣了一下：“这个……我倒没想过。”

我说：“这就是你要面对的挑战。想吧，我等你。”

他没回答。但那天之后，我们开始了三个月的陪跑。

不是教他怎么接单、怎么报价。是从根上聊 - 他的愿景、他的动机、他的心态。

三个月后他说：“目标还是600万。但以前我觉得那是一个梦。现在我知道第一步往哪走了。”

我问：“第一小步是什么？”

他说：“先放松，让创意流动。。。我太紧张了，徐教练。”

A freelance designer came to me. We talked for an hour.

I didn’t ask him “how.”

I asked him, “Then what‘s stopping you from doing it now?”

He paused. “That… I’ve never thought about it.”

I said, “That’s the challenge you need to face. Think about it. I’ll wait.”

He didn’t answer right away. But after that conversation, we started a three-month coaching journey.

I didn’t teach him how to land clients or how to price his work. We talked about the root — his vision, his motivation, his mindset.

Three months later, he said, “My goal is still six million. But before, it felt like a dream. Now I know where to take the first step.”

I asked him, “What’s that first step?”

He said, “To relax first. And let creativity flow… I’ve been too tense, Coach Xu.”
