1. Why do I need a business coach?

You don't need a coach because something is broken. You need a coach when you sense something is off, but you can't name it. When your team is smart, your strategy is clear, yet progress feels stuck. A coach helps you see what you can't see alone.

2. How can David help me?

He helps leaders see the unseen - the hidden patterns, the unspoken fears, the energy drains, the culture that's shaping your team without you knowing. He don't give you answers. He help you see the right questions.

3. Can he guarantee the outcome?

He can’t guarantee your success - that’s something you create through your own action. But he can guarantee two things: you’ll see something you didn’t see before, and you’ll leave with a “next step” you can take tomorrow.
He brings clarity. You bring action. That’s how this works.

5. How much does he charge?

I don't charge by the hour. I work with a small number of leaders each year on a project basis. Investment depends on the scope, whether it's one-on-one coaching, team alignment, or a longer partnership. The first step is always a free 30-minute Clarity Call. If we're a fit, we talk about investment then.

6. What's the difference between coaching and consulting?

A consultant gives you answers. A coach helps you find your own. Consultants solve problems. Coaches help you see the system that created the problem, so you can solve it yourself, again and again. I do both when needed, but my core is coaching: helping you see what you can't see.

7. Do you only work with designers?

No. I started in design, and I still work with many creative firms. But my clients now include healthcare companies, tech firms, developers, NGOs and aviation services. Their industries are different. Their pain is the same: smart people, stuck in invisible friction. That's what I help with.

8. How long does coaching usually take?

It depends. Some leaders find their breakthrough in one or two conversations. Most stay for 3–6 months - long enough to see the pattern, shift it, and make the new way stick. Team engagements are typically 6–12 months. We go at your pace, not a fixed package.

That's fine. Start with a 30-minute Clarity Call. You'll walk away with one clear next step. No commitment beyond that. Many leaders find that one conversation shifts something they've been carrying for years.

He spent 33 years learning to see the invisible in spaces and 27 years engaging in the counselling and coaching professions. Now he helps you see the invisible in your leadership and your organization. He doesn't give answers. He helps you see the questions that will change everything.

You'll know after our Clarity Call. He's not for everyone. He works best with leaders who are ready to look at what they've been avoiding. If that's you, you'll feel it in the first conversation.
