Seeing The Unseen

Updated: Apr 1

P — Pattern(隐藏的模式)

R — Root(深处的信念)

I — Impact(时间的形状)

S — Source(能量的流向)

M — Mindset(文化的呼吸)

E — Emotion(情绪的真相)

The Most Expensive Cost in Business Is Invisible

Have you ever felt it?

Your team is smart. Your strategy is clear. But something is stuck. Meetings happen, decisions are made and unmade. Everyone is busy, but no one seems to be moving in the same direction.

You ask yourself: where is the problem?

It’s not money. It’s not people. It’s not the market.

It’s what you can’t see. And it’s costing you.

I’ve spent decades learning one thing: how to turn the invisible into the visible.

I call it the PRISME Lens—six dimensions that help leaders see what’s been running their system without anyone noticing.

P — Pattern

You watch your team fall into the same arguments again and again. The topics change. The pattern doesn’t.

Someone always questions. Someone always stays silent. Someone always waits for permission to speak.

Through the lens: You see the road they keep walking. Now you can choose a different one.

R — Root

You say: “We value innovation.”

But your system rewards safety. You promote the person who makes no mistakes. You praise the one who follows orders. You tolerate the one who never rocks the boat.

Through the lens: You see the real contract. Now you can rewrite it.

I — Impact

You spend your days fighting today’s fires.

But what will determine your success three years from now isn’t any of that. It’s the small, slow things you’re not watching: who is quietly losing energy, which relationship is slowly loosening, what your competitor is quietly building.

Through the lens: You see the future. It’s not somewhere else. It’s already here.

S — Source

Some people enter a room and everyone feels more alive. Some people enter and everyone feels smaller.

Do you see who gives energy and who takes it? The ones who take it are often the most senior, the loudest. What they say is right. But their presence makes others afraid to speak.

Through the lens: You see where energy leaks. Now you can choose who to lift and who to shift.

M — Mindset

You see the fish. But do you see the water?

People don’t speak up not because they have nothing to say. They don’t speak up because the last person who did… disappeared.

Through the lens: You see the water. Now you can change its temperature.

E — Emotion

You ask: “Any questions?” No one raises a hand.

Not because there are no questions. Because they’ve learned that the person who asks questions gets remembered—and not in a good way.

Do you see that flicker of hesitation? Do you hear that almost silent sigh behind the word “fine”?

Through the lens: You see the emotion. It doesn’t speak. But it never lies.

Seeing Is the Beginning of Change

I don’t give you answers.

I help you see—what you’ve been missing, what’s been running your system, what’s been draining your energy without you knowing.

The PRISME Lens is how I do it.

  • When you see the pattern, you know how to break it.

  • When you see the root, you know how to realign culture.

  • When you see the impact, you know what to do today.

  • When you see the source, you know who to lift and who to shift.

  • When you see the mindset, you know what kind of sea your team is swimming in.

  • When you see the emotion, you know when to ask—and when to wait.

The invisible costs the most. The seen can finally change.

If you’re ready to see what you’ve been missing, let’s talk. Not to solve your problems. To see them—for the first time.
